Save the date: May 4, 2021
We’re back and ready to celebrate UWSP like never before. Get your Pointer Pride ready to celebrate on May 4, 2021!
The UWSP Day of Giving (D.O.G.) is a Pointer Family tradition. It’s a 24-hour event dedicated to raising funds for campus-wide scholarships and celebrating everything it means to be a Pointer. After taking a year off in 2020, we are ready to get the family together again to celebrate all that it means to be a Pointer. Save the date, get ready to change the lives of UWSP students and to paint the internet purple and gold! Don’t forget, every gift made, to any fund on May 4 counts on the D.O.G.!

Painting the map purple and gold!
In 2019, we were close to getting a gift from every state in the U.S.! Will 2021 be the first year to reach that goal? We need your help to paint the entire U.S. in purple and gold. Check out the map above for a look at what states were needed in 2019. #UWSPGivesBack #PointerNation
Back by popular demand, the Power Hours (an hour dedicated to a specific area on campus with a gift match supporting that area) have returned after their debut in 2018. Will you help your favorite area on campus meet their match? Check out the schedule and plan your time to give now!
To help make this year’s D.O.G. a huge success, we’re recruiting alumni and friends of the university, such as yourself, to serve as social media ambassadors. Learn more about this volunteer role here.
